Notes URL

The version of Outlook/Exchange will sometimes dictate the success in utilizing Notes doclinks in messages.

We have a mix of Outlook versions as well as our Notes users.

After tiring of fighting the battle with doclinks and Outlook, I converted most of our apps to send a Notes URL. Works everytime.
